Some order FAQ

1. How to purchase your product and how long will I receive the license code after purchase?
Step A: Choose the software product you need on our website, then click the "Buy Now" button to go into the corresponding purchasing page, and just to finish purchase.
Step B: After successful purchase, you will recieve an Order Confirmation email with your Product Registration Code. Please check your Junk Mail if you don't see it in your inbox. (Please wait a few minutes for the email in case the network is busy.)

Tip: Please provide valid Email address when you fill the order form.
You'd better keep registration information of the software you received well for further use.


2. Why I didn't receive the product license code for several hours after my purchase?
Some possible reasons displayed as below:
A. Your provided Email address is not valid or entered with mistake; please contact us: support@transfer-iphone-to-mac.com to correct it.
B. Because of your Email setting, the Order Confirmation letter with license code went to Trash directly; please look for the letter there;
C. Due to your email service provider rejecting the emails from unknown sender, the Confirmation letter cannot be sent to you; please contact our Support Team at support@transfer-iphone-to-mac.com for assistance.


3.What kind of payment platforms and payment methods are you offering?
We have use the Regnow secure Payment platforms for users. For payment methods, users can choose to pay online, Wire Transfer or use Credit Card by Fax.


4.What currencies are acceptable?
The accepted billing currencies are many type, you can choose the EURO, USD or other billing currencies.


5. I lost my license code, how can I retrieve it?
You can email us at support@tipard.com with your Order Information, including your email address, order ID and product name. After comfirmation by our support personnel, we will send you the license code as soon as possible!


6. How to register and install my software?
Step A: Installation--Download the installation file of the product you have purchsed from our website, then double click the downloaded setup.exe file to start installation; next, follow the default instructions to finish the installation.

Step B: Registration--After successful installation, please launch the software, then enter correct User Name and license code in pop-up registration window, then click "Register" button to finish registration.


7. I entered the license code, but the software always said "The regiatration code is error.", why?
The possible reasons are displayed as below:
A. Wrong entry. You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a typo. And please don't add any blank before or after the code.
B. Your purchased product and downloaded product are not the same, maybe you mix up the two products with similar names.
C. You mix up the Windows and Mac version of a software product. Please note that they are completely two different products and be sure to know the correct version that is fit for your computer.


8. If I purchased your one software product, can I get its update version for free in later time?
Yes. We provide free update service. There is different service for subscription and non-subscription. For subscription software, you can free upgrade in the subscription time. For non-subscription software, you can enjoy a lifetime free upgrade service.
